Welcome to AppForgea. These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of our no-code app building platform at appforgea.com and related offerings. By using our platform, you agree to these terms in full.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using our platform, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use immediately.

3. Services

AppForgea offers subscription-based access to its no-code app builder, as well as custom development and support services. Details of each service, including scope, duration, and deliverables, are provided in your order confirmation.

4. Info Products

We provide digital training materials, templates, and guides that are delivered electronically upon purchase. Access rights and usage terms are specified at the point of sale.

5. Goods

From time to time, AppForgea may offer physical merchandise related to our platform. Shipping schedules, handling instructions, and related details are provided during checkout.

6. Payment and Fees

All fees are set forth in your order summary. Payment is due at the time of purchase. You agree to supply accurate and complete billing information.

7. Refund Policy

7.1 Services

Clients may request a refund within 14 days of their initial service purchase. Approved refunds are credited to the original method of purchase. Unused service credits may also be assigned to another individual upon written request. After 14 days, no refunds will be issued due to the ongoing nature of service access.

7.2 Info Products

Digital content is eligible for a refund within 7 days of download, provided that no substantial portions have been accessed. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment source.

7.3 Goods

Physical items are eligible for refund or exchange within 30 days of delivery if found defective. To initiate a request, please contact support via Contact Us. Upon approval, you may choose either a refund to your original payment method or an exchange at our discretion.

8. Service Modifications and Cancellations

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue services at any time. You may cancel your subscription at any point; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current prepaid term.

9. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to misuse the platform or engage in any unlawful activities. Any violation may result in immediate suspension or termination of access.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, AppForgea's total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms is limited to the total fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the date of the claim.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada.
